This month marks the 10th. Anniversary of the Indian Ocean Earthquake and Tsunami which resulted in the death of over 200 000 people. This event is counted as one of the ten worst earthquakes in recorded history. After the earthquake, the ensuing Tsunami was so strong that its effects could be substantially experienced as far as the East Coast of Alkebulan or what is known as Africa today.
